- Shipping is free on all orders
- At present, we do not offer international delivery
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM are generally processed the same day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day
- No order processing is done on Sundays or public holidays
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit time after dispatch is approximately 4 to 5 working days
- Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of placing the order
- Delivery duration may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Damaged or Open Parcels
Customers are advised to check their package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered:
- You may refuse to accept the delivery, or
- Record a clear unboxing video and inform us immediately
Providing proper proof (photos or video) will help us resolve the issue quickly.
9. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain conditions, such as:
- Item is unavailable in stock
- Pricing or technical error on the website
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Customer is unreachable when verification is required
- Delivery service not available in the selected area
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
10. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
